All items listed on our site includes free shipping globally. Tracking information are provided on all orders. Real-time delivery status can be tracked once items have arrived in destination country.
Shipping times and locations are mentioned on the product listings. Please review before purchase. Our average delivery times are 2-5 weeks from day of purchase. We won't be able to guarantee specific times, as this varies depending on your delivery country, and how fast your local customs processess the order. But of course, we'll expedite whatever we can on our end to ensure that your order is delivered as swiftly as possible. If there are any issues at all, we're here to help!

You can return your item within 14 days from the day that it was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain health and personal care items, and perishable goods such as food and flowers, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, used, opened, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via chat or email us at email@example.com.
